How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way! After we pass your order to curier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you direct to the site where you can follow the live tracking updates!

If you haven't received tracking confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please email us on hello@mindshine.com.au

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only available in Australia but watch this space.

How much do I pay for shipping

We offer standard and express delivery options, so you can get your order as quickly as possible.
And for a limited time, we're offering free standard shipping on all orders!
For Express shipping we charge a flat rate of $12.70 per order.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is picked and packed (allow 72h from placing your order), the magical journey from Mind Shine's Melbourne HQ to your front door begins.
For Standard delivery allow 2-4 business days if you are located in Metro areas and 3-8 business days for Regional areas.
Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-3 days.

*Please note: Although our curiers quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

What is PMS?

Unfortunately PMS (Premenstrual syndrome) isn't an urban legend.
It refers to changes in mood and emotions, physical health, and behavior that come between ovulation and ends few days after your period starts. From irritability and food cravings to exhaustion; let's face it, these two weeks are not our favorite of each month!
It comes as a wide variety of signs and symptoms-all will leave you feeling like the bleghs, but if it is any consolation: 90% of ladies feel just as crummy.

NEW MOON has very mild herbal taste (think green tea), with slight orange scent.
If mixing it with water doesn't tickle your tastebuds, mix with with lemon, juice, smoothie, tea or even your latte. Posibilities are endless.

Is NEW MOON vegan? Has NEW MOON ever been tested on animals?

We would never!
Yes, NEW MOON is vegan. And NO, NEW MOON has never been tested on animals, only on humans (no humas have been harmed in the product development process)

What is vitamin B6?

When it comes to relieving those pesky PMS symptoms, look no further than Vitamin B6. Also known as pyridoxine, this natural vitamin is a key ingredient in dishes like guacamole and pistachio hummus - yum! What is dong quai?

Tired of cramps? Meet Dong Quai, your new best friend! The powerhouse herb (that's part of the same fam as parsley and dill) has been around for ages. How does NEW MOON taste?

NEW MOON has very light herbal taste to it ( think of green tea) and smells like basket of fresh oranges.
We worked really hard to find natural ingridients (such as liquorish and dried orange ) to balance herbal notes and make it pleasant and refreshing to drink on its own as well as making it unnoticable when mixing with your morning usual (smoothie, tea, matcha latte,....)This brew goes whichever way you wanna go!

What does NEW MOON do?

New Moon helps you take control of your PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and period troubles!

PMS is very common (over 90% of women experience several premenstrual symptoms), but by no means it is normal!
Female hormones are very sensitive and with so many people living in a high pace and stressful enviroment, taking birth control medication (the pill) ,combined with general loss in nutrients from the food we eat it is no wonder that our hormones are taking us on a rollercoaster ride.

When should I start taking NEW MOON?

Start taking it as soon as you get it.

Yes, yes, yes and yes. Drama-free, too.
NEW MOON is currently manufactured in factory that produces products containing dairy, gluten, nuts and soy so traces might be present.

Can NEW MOON be taken with prescription medication?

Can’t stress this one enough...if you’re currently taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your physician before using our products!

Does NEW MOON work for menopause?

Absolutely! There is a ton of research that supports that the ingredients of NEW MOON can reduce mood swings, hot flashes, acne, increase energy levels and help to balance hormones overall.

Can I take NEW MOON while on hormonal birth control?

Ready to take NEW MOON? Great! Before you do, make sure your health professional is in the know. *Please allow some additional time on top of that for your bank to deposit refund back to your bank account.

What is your refund policy?

Here at Mind Shine HQ, we want to empower you to try NEW MOON totally risk-free for three months and see whether you are happy with your results.
That is because we are confident that you and NEW MOON will become unseperable.

But if for ANY reason you are not satisfied, we will fully refund your first order within 90 days of delivery date. We call this 90 Days Happiness Guaranteed.
